1. About Us

MySocialDash is a product of Goggle Software Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 11136456, registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. We are the data controller where you contract directly with us, and may act as a data processor where another business provides us with your information.

2. Data Protection

We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK GDPR, and where applicable the EU GDPR. We process your personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently.

3. Information We Collect

• Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number and company information.
• Data you upload to MySocialDash, including LinkedIn export files and content.
• Usage and technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, device and logs.
• Support correspondence and communication history with us.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate MySocialDash and deliver features you request.
• To process your uploaded data and generate analytics dashboards.
• To maintain security, detect abuse and prevent fraud.
• For internal business reporting and improvement of our services.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded LinkedIn ZIP files are deleted after processing. Only structured database records are retained. We do not back up your original files. You must maintain your own backups. We generally retain personal data for up to 12 months after your last use unless longer is required by law.

6. Sharing Your Data

We use third parties to operate MySocialDash:

• Cloudflare - network protection and content delivery.
• DigitalOcean - hosting and storage.
• Postmark - transactional email delivery.
• OpenAI - enrichment of company and industry data.

These providers may process your data outside the UK. Safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are applied.

6a. Data Storage & Access Controls

All data held by MySocialDash is securely stored in the United Kingdom using DigitalOcean infrastructure. Our servers are protected by cloud-based firewalls, and all databases are encrypted at rest. Access to your data is strictly limited to authorised Goggle Software Ltd team members only.

Database access is fully logged and audited. Any access is tied to a specific support request or operational requirement, ensuring that the risk of unauthorised or unnecessary access to your data is minimised.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests should be sent to [email protected]

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure and you upload and use MySocialDash at your own risk.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK.
